Throughout this course, review broker’s responsibilities protecting clients, agents and themselves.  We will discuss how all regulatory bodies (NAR, Local Boards and Real Estate commissions) deal with our ability to limit our risk while improving our relationship with clients and other agents.  The result is a smooth and successful transaction.

License to Sell: Mastering Real Estate Law

License to Sell is a course where the key aspects of South Dakota Real estate law are reviewed and discussed. All participants will gain practical knowledge to improve their ability to provide the best practice of real estate.  The course includes scenarios and current issues in the real estate market relevant to all agents.
