Risk Management - "What Did I Just Do?"

We take calculated risks every day in this business. But, what about the things we don’t have top of mind or think we van get by with?  Incorporating best practice examples and solutions to topics such as anti-trust, misrepresentation, disclosures, RESPA, ADA and Fair Housing, this course will get us thinking about ways we can better serve our clients, each other and the public.

We will also have some great case studies and visit about miscellaneous topics of trouble…such as unauthorized practice of law; environmental concerns; AI; deep fakes; identity fraud and voice cloning.  Finally, we will look at some SD specific issues and ways we can all make better business choices.
